What is the lead time for calendar item email notifications?

Overdue tests/forms, upload followups, and expiring permits trigger email notifications with the following lead times:

1. Upcoming Permit Expirations
   For upcoming Permit expirations a notification email is dispatched both 4 weeks as well as 1 week before the expiration date.
2. Followups to document uploads
   For a followup to an upload a notification email is dispatched 2 days before the followup date.
3. Tests/forms entered online
   For other tests/forms, notification emails are dispatched 6 weeks, 4 weeks and finally 3 days ahead of date scheduled on the calendar.
