Adding a Service Provider to a Facility

In order for Service Providers to be able to see newly added facilities you need to make sure you select them during the creation of the of the new facility, this is located at the very bottom of the Add Facility tab (Click on: 'Add' button --> select 'Facility' --> select 'Add Facility').

If you have already added the Facility or you need to add a Service Provider please do the following:

• Navigate to an existing Facility ('Select facility' and click on 'GO' button)
• Click the blue arrow to the left of the Facility dropdown to expand the Facility Details
• Click on the “Edit Facility” button at the bottom right of the first section
• Scroll to the bottom of the light blue section and you will see Service Providers
• Add/Remove the Service Providers as desired
• Click "Update Facility" right below
